What Youll Do:
- Assess and develop individualized plans of care for patients with physical functioning disorders or wound care needs
- Administer therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, Wound Care, and assistive devices
- Track patient progress and modify treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, providing consultation and updates on patient status
- Document all clinical activities following regulatory standards and facility policies
- Support supervision of rehab aides, students, and Physician Assistant Assistants as required
- Participate in care conferences, training, and meetings to enhance patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri
- At least 1 year of professional PT experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards
