What You’ll Do:

• Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision
• Administer rehabilitative treatments, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising Physical Therapists
• Document all treatment activities accurately in electronic health records
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions
• Support and supervise students when applicable
• Adhere to professional standards, including APTA and state practice acts

What You Need:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in long-term care or related settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
