What Youll Do:- Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices under supervision.
- Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders.
- Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
- Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document treatments accurately in electronic records following regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers.
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and compliance activities.
What You Need:- Valid state licensure as a PTA.
- Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Adherence to APTA standards and ethical practices.
