What You’ll Do:

• Support clinical interventions and administer medically necessary treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Perform procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical health and progress
• Document all care and treatment activities in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences
• Support the ordering of necessary supplies and DME as needed
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of the supervising PT

What You Need:

• Valid State Licensure as a PTA
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform manual and therapeutic interventions effectively
