What You’ll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative and skilled treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision.
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices.
• Assess patient progress and collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatment plans.
• Document treatment activities and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Support discharge planning and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings.
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.

What You Need:
Required:

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
