What Youll Do
Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders
Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
Assess patient progress; communicate with supervisors to adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document all services and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic records
Consult and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
Support discharge planning and participate in care conferences and meetings
Support students and support staff under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Adhere to all applicable professional ethical standards and practice acts
What You Need
Active Massachusetts State Licensure as a PTA
Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
