Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $38.86

What Youll Do:
Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Perform procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
Assess patient progress and communicate treatment updates to supervising PT
Document all treatment and patient responses accurately in the electronic health records system
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care conferences
Support patient, family, and caregiver education regarding physical health and rehabilitation plans
Supervise and support students under the direction of the Physical Therapist
Adhere to all applicable practice acts, ethics, and company policies
What You Need:
Valid and active Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior experience in Long Term Care setting preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
