What Youll Do:
Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision
Assist in providing rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders
Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
Assess patient progress and communicate treatment updates to supervising Physical Therapist
Document all patient interactions and treatment information accurately in electronic records
Support patient and family counseling regarding treatment plans
Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and required trainings
Support and supervise students as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Adhere to professional ethics, APTA standards, and state regulations
What You Need:
Required:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in Massachusetts
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred:
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Strong communication and organizational skills
