What You'll Do:

• Support clinical interventions based on evidence-based practices
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders
• Utilize manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices under supervision
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist
• Document treatment outcomes and patient progress accurately in electronic health records
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences
• Support patient discharge planning and coordinate necessary DME or supplies
• Supervise and mentor students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Adhere to professional standards, practice acts, and ethical guidelines

What You Need:

• Current active licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
