- IA State Rad Onc license [highly preferred] -- will consider licensing candidates -- issuance timeline varies if non licensed
- at least 24 months of recent/current experience [required]

- ARIA/Eclipse experience [highly preferred]
- Equipment experience in the following: TrueBeam, Halcyon, TrueBeam Edge [highly preferred]
- ARRT certificate should have "T - radiation therapy" discipline listed [required]

- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Radiation Therapy experience [required]

- ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certificate [required] [document]
