Required Skills:
- Current valid RN license in Michigan or eligibility to practice
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health experience
Other Requirements:
- Must maintain annual training and demonstrate competency in programmatic protocols
- Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to support and promote a recovery-oriented, person-centered environment
- Valid drivers license and ability to support community or residential settings if required
- Participation in ongoing professional development and adherence to state and federal regulations
Starting on 05/18/2026, this position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $50.92, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
