Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50.92/hr

What You’ll Do

• Assess the care needs of patients within an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Develop and update nursing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medication and coordinate with physicians for patient management
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs
• Support milieu management and patient safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff about care plans and discharge procedures
• Assist in supervision or training of other staff as needed
• Follow facility policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and healing environment

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• At least 1 year of relevant inpatient or behavioral health experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work evening shifts as scheduled

Preferred:

• Experience in inpatient psychiatric or mental health settings
• Certification in CPR/BLS
