What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care to inpatient behavioral health patients during night shifts
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and physicians
• Monitor patient safety and report any risks or adverse events
• Maintain documentation according to policies and procedures
• Support patient and family education around discharge and after-care plans
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and recovery-focused environment

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Previous inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered, trauma-informed care
