What Youll Do- Provide nursing care to inpatient behavioral health patients during night shifts
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and physicians
- Monitor patient safety and report any risks or adverse events
- Maintain documentation according to policies and procedures
- Support patient and family education around discharge and after-care plans
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and recovery-focused environment
What You Need- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Previous inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient-centered, trauma-informed care
