Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $55.61

What Youll Do:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Administer medications and wound care, monitor patient status, and manage therapeutic equipment
Assist with activities of daily living and fall risk management
Support medical procedures and provide patient education on health conditions and wellness
Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record
Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment
What You Need:
Current Oregon RN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient care needs
