What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and wound care, monitor patient status, and manage therapeutic equipment
• Assist with activities of daily living and fall risk management
• Support medical procedures and provide patient education on health conditions and wellness
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment

What You Need:

• Current Oregon RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient care needs
