Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Rate: $63.65 per hour

What You'll Do:- Provide holistic and specialized care to CVICU patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures
- Perform assessments, develop, and revise patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changing clinical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital standards
- Support active patient and family education throughout the care process
What You Need:- Valid RN license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years ICU/CVICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular patient management
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
