What Youll Do
Assess patient needs before and during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and personalized care
Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans specific to each surgical case
Supervise OR team activities, coordinate schedule changes, and assemble necessary equipment and supplies
Assist anesthesia providers and monitor sterile fields to maintain safety and efficiency
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
Participate in ongoing staff development and continuing education opportunities
Provide leadership and guidance within the OR team to promote high standards of patient care
What You Need
Valid State RN License
BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiovascular or surgical units
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment
