Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65

What Youll Do
Provide skilled nursing care and education to patients at home
Document and evaluate patient responses to interventions
Collaborate with healthcare teams and community partners to coordinate care
Monitor health status and promote wellness, prevention, and rehabilitation
Supervise and guide other nursing staff as needed
Exercise independent judgment within established protocols
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality
Adapt to flexible schedules and occasional on-call duties
Drive to patient homes, including in inclement weather conditions
What You Need
Active MA Registered Nurse license (must upload license with application)
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Valid drivers license and ability to drive safely
Flexibility regarding work hours and on-call responsibilities
Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality care standards
