What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care, education, and supervision to patients in the community setting

• Support patient families and caregivers through education and guidance

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (or IMLC/LOQ with license in progress)
• Minimum 2 years of community health or home health nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under general guidance
• Flexibility to work various hours and accept on-call responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in varied weather conditions
• Commitment to confidentiality, patient rights, and safety protocols
