What Youll Do- Provide high-quality critical care to a diverse patient population in a 20-bed unit
- Manage an approximate patient ratio of 1:2, functioning independently under general guidance of the Director
- Follow protocols and policies for patient safety and care standards
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in emergency and routine situations
- Maintain emotional stability and professionalism in high-pressure scenarios
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
What You Need- Valid Massachusetts RN license, including Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (upload upon application)
- Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to hospital protocols
- Availability for scheduled shifts and interview times (please include at least two specific interview availabilities)
