What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed ICU setting
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital policies
• Document patient status and care provided accurately
• Adhere to all facility protocols, dress code, and safety standards
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times

What You Need:

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification, ACLS preferred
• At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and intensive care procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This assignment is at a leading facility in Pittsfield, MA, a community-oriented hospital with a focus on high-quality patient care. The 20-bed ICU unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:2, requiring dedicated and skilled nursing professionals to deliver top-tier critical care. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable, and professional dress code standards are maintained throughout your shift.

Note: Due to facility policies, travelers residing within 50 miles of Pittsfield are ineligible for this assignment.
