What You’ll Do

• Monitor and provide high-quality care for critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to physicians
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital policies
• Adhere to dress code of personal scrubs of any color

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS/BON certification
• At least 2 years of critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to unit protocols
