What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during afternoon shifts
• Assess, plan, and implement patient treatment and comfort measures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex cases
• Monitor vital signs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and comply with facility policies
• Assist with trauma and urgent care procedures as needed

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in ER or similar high-acuity environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
