What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care within the Emergency Department of Springfield Hospital.
• Screen and triage patients upon arrival to determine the severity of their condition.
• Administer treatments and coordinate patient care according to physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure timely treatment.
• Support the hospital’s commitment to patient safety and quality care.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year of ER experience (or as specified upon application)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible afternoon shifts, including holidays

Preferred:

• Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS

About the Assignment
Join a fully staffed, 24/7 Emergency Department serving approximately 14,000 patients annually. This busy ER handles a diverse range of urgent cases, providing an excellent environment for experienced nurses seeking a rewarding temporary role. Note that travel within 50 miles of Springfield is not eligible for this assignment.
