What Youll Do:
Perform thorough assessments of ER patients and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and significant others on treatment plans and health management
Document patient care accurately in medical records
Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed
Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols within the ER environment
What You Need:
Valid Oregon RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
Strong assessment and clinical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
