What Youll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients across all age groups
Monitor, assess, and treat patients with critical needs, including drips and vents
Collaborate with ER team to stabilize and prioritize patient care
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and communication
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Adapt quickly to high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
Valid NH RN license and compliance with state regulations
Minimum of 2 years ER/acute care nursing experience
Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with IV drips and ventilator management
About the Assignment
This assignment takes place in a well-equipped, trauma Level III emergency department serving over 26,000 annual visits. The department features a newly renovated space with modern monitors, communication tools, and a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. You will be providing essential nursing care to a broad patient demographic, from newborns to geriatrics, ensuring quality outcomes in a dynamic setting.
