What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Serve as Charge Nurse, overseeing patient flow and team coordination
• Float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units as needed, assisting with diverse patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Utilize critical thinking skills to respond swiftly to emergency situations
• Support and mentor less experienced staff when necessary

What You Need:
Required:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure
• 2+ years ER experience, including working in a Critical Access Hospital
• Recent charge nurse experience
• Ability to float to Med/Surg & Stepdown units
• Willingness to work the night shift and adjusting to unit needs

Preferred:

• Critical Access Hospital experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility and teamwork orientation
