What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting.
• Apply the nursing process within the scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Teach patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements.

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Oregon or current license eligible for transfer.
• Prior ER or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work nights and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
