What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management
- Respond swiftly and effectively to clinical emergencies
- Follow all hospital protocols, safety procedures, and confidentiality regulations
What You Need
- Valid Oregon RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or as required by facility)
- 1-2 years ER experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
