What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ER setting
• Demonstrate independent judgment and critical thinking in emergency situations
• Follow facility protocols, policies, and standards of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
• Function efficiently under general guidance of the facility director

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience, with critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with emotional stability
• Strong communication and time management skills
