Licensure/Certs: Current Ohio RN license; BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years ER RN experience preferred

What Youll Do:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the ER setting
Use age-specific criteria to provide appropriate care for diverse patient populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient outcomes
Assist in supervising and guiding non-RN staff such as LPNs/PCTs and Unit Secretaries
Manage emergency situations and prioritize urgent care needs efficiently
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
What You Need:
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum 1-2 years of emergency room nursing experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and critical thinking skills
