What You’ll Do:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in the ER setting
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the patient care team during your shift
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and modify care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
  • Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are maintained
  • Assist in patient education and discharge planning
What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid Illinois RN license
  • At least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in emergency trauma or pediatric ER
  • Additional certifications relevant to emergency care
