What Youll Do
Provide holistic, patient-centered care in the emergency department
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
Coordinate care among interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
Assist across age groups including neonates, children, adults, and seniors
Implement clinical standards and participate in improvement initiatives
Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
Support patient and family education and comfort during emergency care
What You Need
Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license
Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
