What Youll Do:
Provide holistic patient care in a fast-paced emergency department.
Perform assessments, make nursing diagnoses, and develop patient care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient management.
Execute nursing interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
Assist with emergency procedures and support patient families during crises.
Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record.
Uphold all safety and quality standards in a critical care environment.
What You Need:
Active Minnesota RN license
BLS certification (required)
At least 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to rotating shifts
