What Youll Do
Provide holistic nursing care to emergency department patients of diverse ages and conditions
Perform assessments, formulate diagnoses, and plan patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Execute nursing interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans accordingly
Delegate tasks effectively to other healthcare providers
Document care accurately in electronic health records and ensure compliance with standards
Support and educate patients and families during stressful situations
What You Need
Valid Minnesota RN license and BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience (preferred)
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts
