What You'll Do
Provide high-quality first assist nursing care during surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile field protocols and assist with intraoperative procedures
Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately
Follow facility policies and safety standards
Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed
What You Need
Required:
Valid Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 2 years of OR/First Assist experience
CPR certification
Ability to work days and be available for interview
Preferred:
ACLS certification
Ability to start on the scheduled date
Flexibility to work additional hours or call-back shifts
