What You’ll Do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to diverse patient populations
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and team members regarding patient conditions and diagnostic results
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status or treatment responses
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement care plans
• Adjust to unit needs, including floating to other areas as required
• Work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Adhere to hospital standards and policies, ensuring service excellence

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• Previous RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in crisis situations
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
