What You’ll Do

• Provide patient care within the medical care units, post-surgical units, and Intermediate Care Units, floating as needed.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and patient crises.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize tasks effectively.

What You Need

• 
  Required:
  
  • Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS certification
  • Proven experience in medical-surgical or acute care units
  • Flexibility to float between units and adapt to the needs of the hospital
• 
  Preferred:
  
  • Float experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
