What You’ll Do

• Provide bedside nursing care in the ICU, following medical orders and collaborating with physicians
• Oversee patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and support patient recovery
• Delegate tasks to Nurse Assistants and other team members
• Participate in patient and family teaching for ongoing care and discharge planning
• Assist in developing and evaluating care plans based on evidence-based practices
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in critical care environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced ICU setting
