What Youll Do
Provide bedside nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with physician orders
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Delegate tasks and oversee Nursing Assistants, Patient Care Associates, and other support staff
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient treatments, adjusting care as needed
Lead patient conferences and discharge planning discussions
Educate patients and families about ongoing care and health management
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and policies
What You Need
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Prior ICU experience
Ability to work days and adapt to unit routines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Leadership or mentoring skills
Experience with evidence-based practice and delegation
