What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately using Epic EMR system
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid NY Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NY Temporary Healthcare Service License/Registration (must upload upfront)
• ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Epic EMR experience
• BLS certification
• Ability to pass a 14-panel drug screen (full panel required within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
• Clean malpractice and background history

Preferred:

• Additional certifications (CCRN, ACLS)
• Previous experience with similar ICU units
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
