What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor vital signs and manage life-support equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Document patient status and care activities accurately
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
What You Need:
- Valid New York RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- 2+ years ICU experience, with EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
