What Youll Do
Assess patients physical, psychosocial, and educational needs upon ICU admission
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain high standards of care
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately
What You Need
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
