What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in ICU and Med Surg units
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate with healthcare team to deliver optimal care standards
• Document patient information thoroughly and accurately
• Float regularly between ICU and Med Surg units
• Adhere to hospital policies and professional nursing standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families

What You Need

• 
  Required:
  
  • Valid Minnesota RN license (or active temporary license)
  • At least 1 year of ICU or Med Surg experience
  • Strong clinical skills and bedside manner
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
• 
  Preferred:
  
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
