This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs. As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - https://www.welletraining.com (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI - https://www.crisisprevention.com
COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.

- 3 years of ICU/CCU experience - [REQUIRED]
- Minimum 5 years RN experience - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed - [REQUIRED]
- EPIC EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED] - PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY ON PROFILE!
- Travel experience - [REQUIRED]
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle - [REQUIRED]
- MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs - [REQUIRED]

- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1-2 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and ACLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
