What You’ll Do:

• Provide critical nursing care to ICU patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Perform complex procedures as required by ICU protocols
• Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely
• Float to ED and Med/Surg units as needed, handling holds and additional patient needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Current Oklahoma RN license
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
