What Youll Do- Assess patients using age-specific data, including physical and psychosocial status, to support individualized care.
- Perform ongoing assessments and complete required documentation according to organizational standards.
- Conduct and document observations, physical examinations, laboratory/test results, and patient response to interventions.
- Participate in identifying and clarifying patient needs through multidisciplinary care planning to support optimal outcomes.
- Assist other staff in delivering patient care as appropriate.
- Incorporate patient education and discharge planning to promote continuity of care and positive outcomes.
What You Need
Required
- Current RN licensure
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessment, documentation, and ongoing monitoring in an ICU setting
Preferred
- ICU experience (not required but beneficial)
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
