What You’ll Do

• Provide holistic patient care in an Intensive Care Unit environment
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Delegate duties and supervise support staff as appropriate
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Float to other ICUs or medical/surgical units if necessary
• Adhere to hospital policies and clinical standards of practice

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with a variety of ICU patient populations
• Leadership or supervisory experience in critical care settings
