What You’ll Do

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in the ICU setting, including assessments, planning, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Execute nursing standards, including delegated tasks, documentation, and care coordination.
• Monitor critically ill patients, utilizing advanced medical equipment and interventions.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Float to other ICU units or medical/surgical units as needed to meet staffing demands.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

What You Need
Required:

• Current Minnesota RN license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year recent ICU experience
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

Preferred:

• Experience with ventilated patients and advanced life support procedures
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
