What Youll Do- Provide holistic, patient-centered care in the ICU setting
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other care providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Float to other ICU units (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and medical/surgical units as needed
What You Need- Valid Minnesota RN license or be eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
