Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $66.33/hour

What Youll Do
Provide holistic, patient-centered care within the ICU setting
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Execute nursing interventions according to established standards
Delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate
Participate in shared decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
Float to other ICUs or units as needed
What You Need
Valid RN license in Minnesota or active temporary license with application in process
BLS certification
Prior experience in ICU settings, preferably with adult patients
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Experience with a variety of ICU patient populations and procedures
